Key Responsibilities Security Monitoring & SurveillanceMonitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols of the premisesIdentify and report suspicious activities or security breachesEnsure all access points are secured at all times Access ControlControl entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehiclesVerify identification and maintain visitor logsEnforce company security policies and procedures Incident Response & ReportingRespond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidentsPrepare detailed incident reports and documentationCoordinate with management and authorities when necessary Asset ProtectionSafeguard company property, equipment, and facilitiesMonitor movement of materials and vehicles in and out of the premisesPrevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access Safety ComplianceEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesAssist in emergency drills and evacuation proceduresReport hazards and unsafe conditions Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with internal departments regarding security concernsMaintain clear communication with team members and supervisorsAssist in enforcing operational policies and procedures Qualifications At least a High School graduate or College levelWith relevant experience in security or related field (preferred)Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periodsKnowledge of basic security procedures and safety protocols
