Security Officer Location: Coventry We are looking for a competent security officer to deal with our customers and various other personnel that come onto sites protected by the Kingsman Group Services. The ideal candidate will protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. You will be required to efficiently respond to alarms and emergencies. The ability to keep an accurate incident reporting and follow procedures for various initiatives including investigations. monitoring access and egress. Whilst consistently ensuring compliance with government regulations. Duties May Include (depending on the site): Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with Assignment Instructions Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to. Standard Operating Procedures. Assist members of the public and tenants onsite Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas. Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur. Respond to alarms and emergencies and report these to clients and the Police if required Hourly Check Calls. Ensure correct procedures are followed at all times In addition to these functions’ employees are required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required. Requirements: A valid SIA Licence is essential Security Industry experience is preferred Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers. Clear communication both written and verbal Excellent communication & administration skills Must be punctual and have the ability to think on their feet Reliable with excellent time-management skills. Smart, well-groomed, and confident.
