Northrok Construction Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time shop labourer. This is a great opportunity for an entry level worker. Must reside in Canada and be legally able to work in Canada. Must have reliable transportation to and from work and a helpful attitude. Must be a self starter and be able to work with minimal supervision. Daily duties will vary and will entail a variety of different scope(s) of work. These duties include but are not limited to: Reporting directly to their Shop Foreman, Management Assist other labourers or skilled drivers/operators/foreman/coworkers. Loading and unloading materials or equipment. Greasing Equipment and performing light maintenance, oil changes etc. Spotting traffic or construction equipment on site or on roadways Lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50lbs (Greater than 50lbs with an approved assisted lift plan) Shoveling, raking using wheelbarrows etc. Strapping equipment/materials down as per Northrok policy and procedures. Washing equipment to a high standard of Northrok Construction Ltd. and client satisfaction. Complying with ALL safety standards set forth by Northrok Construction Ltd. and their respective clients.
