Introduction An established company in Port Shepstone invites dynamic / experienced Human Resources Managers to apply for this vacancy:-

KPA - to lead our HR department and support the company’s strategic goals through effective people management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

labour relations, recruitment, policies, compliance and employee development.

Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention processes Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies Advise management on HR best practices, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll inputs Oversee employee training and development plans Drive employee planning, job evaluation and attendance controls

Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar role on HR Management level Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
