We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Insurance Field Agent to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include selling insurance products and services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

Sell various insurance products and services to individuals and businesses. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets. Provide information and advice on insurance options and policies to clients. Process insurance applications, claims, and policy changes accurately and efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
