The Opportunity
As a Danish-speaking customer service representative with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing solutions related to our services. You will work closely with our team to enhance service quality and implement best practices, while also participating in training sessions and team meetings to improve your skills and learn about new offerings.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat.Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Stay informed about the latest products and services to provide accurate assistance to customers.Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to maintain detailed records.Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and implement best practices.Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and learn about new offerings.Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in customer experience and service delivery.Requirements
Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficient in English is required.Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly attitude.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a remote setting.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with CRM systems and remote communication tools.A positive outlook, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace the Greek culture.Benefits
