Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or ticketing systems. Communicate product features and provide clear troubleshooting steps. Escalate technical issues to operations or the tech team when needed. Track customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution. Monitor internal alerts and assist with operational tasks. Update internal documentation and flag recurring problems. Collaborate closely with the operations and product teams.
