Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor activities, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Duties - Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. - Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances, ensuring that all incidents are documented accurately. - Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets and prevent theft or damage. - Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for reporting purposes. - Collaborate with police when required and assist in investigations as needed. - Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to all visitors. Experience - Previous experience in a security role is essential ( minimum 3 years) - Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective reporting and interaction with staff and visitors.
