If you qualify for an interview, the process is as follows.

1. There will be a preliminary and final interview.

2. What is a preliminary interview?

It is usually like a screening process implemented by the employer. During a preliminary interview, employer look at several candidates and reject those who do not fit the job requirements. From the candidate's point of view, a preliminary interview is the first step towards getting hired. But it is also an excellent opportunity to make the first and lasting impression on the recruiter to qualify for the next round of interview (Final interview)

Preliminary interviews are usually shorter (30 min- 1 hour) than the formal/final interview.

During the preliminary interview, the conversation resolves around information about the company, position, and job requirements.

After the preliminary interview, you will leave the interview with a definite yes or no if you are accepted back for the final interview.
