Position Overview
As an Outbound Calling Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reaching out to new and existing clients to schedule services, confirm appointments, and promote our seasonal specials. This temporary, part-time position is perfect for those with a background in customer service, sales, or phone-based communication. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, enjoy flexible hours, and earn a competitive hourly rate of $16-$18 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to new and existing clients via phone to schedule services, confirm appointments, and promote seasonal specialsUtilize scripts and follow call notes to ensure accurate and efficient communicationProvide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerMeet or exceed daily call targets and performance metricsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service deliveryParticipate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledgeRequirements
Reliable fiber internet connectionReliable laptop or desktop computerQuiet and distraction-free dedicated home officeStrong verbal communication and friendly phone demeanorBasic computer skills and ability to follow scripts/log call notesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or phone-based communication a plusPreferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or phone-based communicationProven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and other customer service toolsSkills and Competencies
