Scope of the Role:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking support. Your role is to ensure every interaction is professional, clear, and helpful, helping our customers get the most value from our product while maintaining smooth internal operations.
Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or ticketing systems. Communicate product features and provide clear troubleshooting steps. Escalate technical issues to operations or the tech team when needed. Track customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution. Monitor internal alerts and assist with operational tasks. Update internal documentation and flag recurring problems. Collaborate closely with the operations and product teams.

Requirements
Years of Experience: 1+ year in a customer support or chat-based service role (preferably in SaaS). Background: Strong written and spoken English skills; background in customer service, operations, or tech support is preferred. Tools and Software: Familiarity with SaaS tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support systems; comfort using online collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, or Google Workspace. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple conversations simultaneously. Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
