Job Description We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in onboarding clients, supporting their success, and helping them maximize the value of the platform. Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients and guide them through a smooth setup process.Build strong partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.Address concerns and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal teams.Drive product adoption by educating clients on best practices and new features.Monitor account health and engagement metrics to improve retention.Collect and share client feedback to support product and service improvements. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle technical workflows.Proficiency in CRM tools and help desk software.Customer-focused with a proactive approach to relationship management.
