We are currently recruiting for responsible individuals for the role of Security Officer and Control Room Operator in Castle Court Shopping Centre, Belfast. An up to date SIA licence in Manned Guarding and CCTV are essential for these roles. Before applying for this post, you must be able to provide the following: Recent experience of working in the security sector 5-year checkable work history, including references Excellent communication, IT and report writing skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Impeccable verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Health & Safety, IOSH - desirable but not essential KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the point of contact for the Site Supervisor, the Managing Agent, and the Client/Landlord Maintain and develop strong beneficial relationships with the public and visitors Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the site Maintain a safe and effective environment for members of the public and retailers Ensure that regular client contact is maintained by customer contact reports and that excellent working relationships are developed to ensure the highest level of customer focus APPLY NOW to join a fast-growing company that is willing to offer further training and development to make you one of the best security professionals in the UK with an opportunity to progress.
