Receptionist position available in Stellenbosch.Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure guests are acknowledged, with kindness, warmth and sincerity, when entering and departing the reception areaEngage with guests providing information related to the estate, the facilities, art & experiencesConduct estate tours with guestsOperate telephone and switchboard service for all calls when requiredRefer calls & provide assistance to the appropriate person depending on the nature of the callCompile and update data related to the area of activityComplete and distribute information that needs to be communicated around the estateEnsure that lunch and dinner booking sheets from the restaurant gets communicated to the appropriate departmentsKeep management informed of all concerns that guests raise.Requirements:Grade 12, hospitality certificate will be a plusPreferably 1- 2 years previous reception experienceExcellent telephone etiquette and customer-service skillsFluent in English with excellent written & oral communication skillsAble to work in a teamGood computer skills (word, excel, outlook)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAvailability to work within Hospitality operating hours (e.g., evenings, public holidays, weekends)Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clienteleAbility to work long hours without fatigueMust be well-presented and have an enthusiastic personality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
