Job post summary Date posted: December 13, 2025 Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are a small but growing professional construction company specializing in high quality basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts across the Bay Area. We are hiring an entry level construction worker. This role if for someone who: Shows up consistently and on time Follows instructions exactly Takes pride in doing things the right way Wants to learn real construction skills over time. No experience is required. Reliability and honesty matter more than prior skill. On the job training will be provided. That being said, basic familiarity with power tools is always helpful. Responsibilities Assist with material staging, cleanup, and jobsite organization Support carpentry and concrete work (forms, excavation, rebar, pours) Help with court surfacing Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. What we expect Show up on time, every day Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as part of the hiring process. Maintain a clean and safe job site If you have warehouse, labor, or construction experience, that is a plus, but not required. Pay and Advancement Starting pay depends on experience. Raises available within 90 days based on reliability, attitude, and performance.
