Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the front office operations of our medical practice, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office management tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries efficiently. Verify insurance information and assist with patient registration processes. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient management and record keeping. Support the overall operations of the office.
Requirements
Previous experience in a medical office setting is required. Familiarity with EPIC EMR or similar electronic health record systems is required. Knowledge of insurance verification process is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
