We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Security Officer to join our team covering the London Area. The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional security service to Samsic UK Security’s clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of Customer Service; presenting at all times a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence. ** Flexibility is vital as you will be required to work days, nights, weekends & bank holidays ** As a Regional Security Officer you will work various shifts covering days, nights & weekends: Pay Rate: £13.85Average Weekly Hours: 40 hrs pwContracted Hours: 40 hrs pwEmployee Status: Permanent/ Full Time Duties will include: “Meet and Greet”Answer all enquiries courteously and professionallyManage all systems within the security control baseEnsure a vigilance, professional presenceProduce accurate reports as and when neededBe an effective liaison between the client and the company Contract ManagerBe an effective ambassador for Samsic UK Security and the client Essential Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills, pleasant manner, approachable, clearly spokenExcellent customer care skillsHave a good knowledge of Health & SafetyPossesses computer literacy of at least a basic levelDemonstrates basic numeracy and literacy skills for following instructions and preparing reportsDemonstrates good observation skillsDemonstrates a flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns In order to work for Samsic UK you MUST fulfil the following criteria: Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security GuardingHave an unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 monthsBe fluent in spoken and written EnglishHave a five-year checkable history (Providing a HMRC 3 Year Work History record at your interview) Benefits: Full site trainingApprentice scheme available to allReward and recognition schemeCareer development planPension schemeUniform providedSIA Licence paid forStrong Management support ** Due to the high volume of applications, we receive we have to insist that the ideal candidates’ CV MUST contain a full 5-year history back from today with MONTH and YEAR clearly displayed for start and finish times of each employment period including your most current role.
