The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are seeking professional, reliable, and safety-focused individuals to join our Game Day Security team at Princess Auto Stadium. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, staff, and players. Duties include monitoring assigned areas, controlling access points, enforcing stadium policies, and responding to incidents as they arise. While the primary focus is security, guards may also provide services such as assisting with wayfinding, responding to fan inquiries and are expected to provide exceptional fan experience at Princess Auto Stadium! This position is well suited for individuals who are observant, proactive, and committed to upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Not only will you be able to work the football games but there will be multiple concerts and events along with the NHL Tim Horton’s Heritage Classic. Last year our Security Team excelled in the season as well as the Grey Cup game and Grey Cup festival. We are committed to being better each year just as the team on the field is! Requirements Strong customer service skills Strong conflict resolution skills ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to remain calm and professional in high-energy environments Security Guard License required. Applicants who do not currently hold a valid license may be eligible for assistance in obtaining one upon hire.
