Key ResponsibilitiesField & Equipment SupportAssist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of company assets including tents, office trailers, light towers, portable toilets, and other mobile infrastructure.Prepare and stage equipment in the yard for deployment, ensuring all items are clean, organized, and fully operational.Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on equipment, tools, and work areas.Staff job sites for extended periods as needed.Safety & ReadinessFollow all safety protocols, including proper PPE use and correct lifting techniques.Immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or potential hazards to leadership.Participate in daily safety briefings and maintain personal readiness for field work.Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.Maintain situational awareness in active work zones, especially around heavy equipment.QualificationsStrong work ethic and willingness to learn.Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team.Capable of physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Experience in construction, equipment setup, logistics, or emergency response is preferred but not required.Apply Today!
