Job Description As a Security Officer - Shopping Center in Aurora, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue12:00 PM - 07:00 PMWed12:00 PM - 07:00 PMThur12:00 PM - 07:00 PMFri01:00 PM - 09:00 PMSat01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and Allied Universal protocols within a retail location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with management and/or local responders as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized behavior.Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and report findings according to site procedures.Assist with crowd management, lost and found inquiries, and general visitor assistance while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
