We are currently looking to recruit a Security Officers a to t support our operations in Plymouth As a Security Officer for the site you will be part of the operations team and work a 7 on 3 off pattern , you will need to carry out tasks as directed by the area manager and the client. As a security officer you must be able to deliver a great customer experience for all customers visitors and staff who visit the site as these are very high-profile locations and front of house duties are part of the role. The Security Officers duties will vary depending on shift being covered, duties involved but are not limited to; Control Room Duties, Monitoring CCTV. Carry out patrols internally Carry out duties aas requeted by the client Responsibilities Develop good working relationships with staff, visitors, contractors, and management team to optimise efficiency within the department. Provide a great customer experience for all. Managing and assisting with First aid and fire evacuation when required. Manage access card issues this includes issuing and creating new cards. Monitor CCTV and report on any issues or incidents that are observed. Carry out patrols internally and externally. Pay: £12.71-£13.45 per hour Work Location: In person
