This role is well-suited for officers with prior security, military, or law enforcement experience who prefer a consistent night shift and a professional work environment. Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional security presence during overnight hoursConduct routine and mobile patrols to deter unauthorized activityMonitor access points, alarms, and site conditionsRespond to incidents, safety concerns, and emergency situationsAccurately document incidents and daily activity reports using Belfry SoftwareEnforce post orders, site policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and fellow officersQualifications Minimum age of 18 yearsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior security, military, or law enforcement experience strongly preferredExperience with patrol operations, access control, and incident reporting preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorReliable attendance and punctuality requiredAbility to stand or walk for extended periodsValid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredMust pass a mandatory background checkRequired in-person orientation prior to assignmentMilitary veterans and active-duty service members receive an additional $0.25 per hour Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate: Varies (site-specific)Overtime paid in accordance with applicable labor laws for hours worked over 40 per weekFull-Time eligibility at 30+ hours per weekPaid Time Off: 24 hours accrued after successful completion of the probationary periodAbout KRE Security, LLC KRE Security, LLC provides professional contract security services throughout Pennsylvania.
