Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and service team, providing exceptional service and support to ensure safe, timely, and efficient response to customers' service needs. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information in a confident, friendly, and articulate manner. You will also be expected to upsell and perform other inside sales responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through phone and personal contact, resolving or escalating customer inquiries and/or complaints as neededProcess counter transactions, document and update customer records based on interactions, and process payments and maintain customer accountsAssist with light collections or handle billing inquiries as assigned, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and safetyMaintain and manage parts inventory, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurately submitted in a timely mannerTake responsibility for all aspects of daily tasks and actions, maintaining professionalism, integrity, security, image, and confidentiality of information and records as required by the positionAttend all safety meetings, training, and/or in-services, and regularly attend the worksite during scheduled hoursQualifications
High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferredCustomer service or inside sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing top-notch support in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage timeGood phone skills and computer literacy (MS Office), with the ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessaryAbility to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers, exercising solid organizational and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environment, collaborating with leadership and employees to establish goals and standardsStrong commitment to customer service and safety, with the ability to be a positive representative of Arenaflex both internally and externallyExperience/Education
