Job Description Primary responsibilities include providing general customer service, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and closing client service tickets. The representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers within the company. Routine use of computers and phones Routine use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Routine customer notification on testing status Routine coordination of incoming testing Maintain accurate client files and accounts Monitor status of testing for completion Position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm. In‑office training and onboarding are required, with flexibility of up to 2 days remote. Some work may be performed in a warehouse setting with elevated noise levels. Qualifications High school diploma required. Preferred: prior sample management experience; valid driver’s license; strong oral and written communication; excellent organizational skills; knowledge of laboratory services and regulatory programs; detail oriented; able to handle multiple priorities and medium stress level.
