This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail who is available to start at short notice. The RoleYou will be supporting the team with a large-scale data cleanse and administrative support project, ensuring records are updated accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and updating data recordsChecking information for accuracy and completenessGeneral administrative supportMaintaining spreadsheets and internal systemsAssisting the wider team with ad hoc admin dutiesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious administrative experienceStrong data entry and data accuracy skillsExcellent attention to detailGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to manage workload and work independentlyExperience within the public sector is desirable but not essentialAbout the OrganisationThis opportunity is with a well-established public sector organisation based in Glasgow.
