Plan, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown maintenance, and major overhauls of plant equipment including HVAC, water systems, QC, and service floor equipment. Ensure minimum downtime by analyzing breakdowns and implementing corrective actions. Supervise and allocate work to technicians/engineers for efficient maintenance operations. Handle installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment and systems (HVAC, water systems, dust extraction, QC equipment). Execute qualification and validation activities (URS, FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ) for all relevant systems. Maintain and operate water systems (Potable & Purified), HVAC systems, data loggers, and chlorine dioxide systems. Monitor environmental conditions and perform activities such as filter cleaning, AHU cleaning, and integrity testing (0.2 micron filter). Maintain daily logs, checklists, and records for HVAC, water systems, and equipment operations. Manage spare parts inventory, maintain stock levels, and raise purchase requisitions/CAPEX as required. Prepare and maintain GMP documentation including SOPs, checklists, protocols, QRM, deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessments. Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety standards, ethical conduct, and data integrity policies. Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections. Conduct safety activities such as accident investigations and root cause analysis. Support department head in process improvements and cross-functional projects. Ensure proper documentation practices and compliance with all SOPs. Record alarms, breakdowns, and maintenance activities accurately. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Department Head.
