What You'll Do As an Security Officer, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests, staff, and performers. Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and vendors. Conducting bag checks and screening procedures. Monitoring venue activity and maintaining a secure environment. Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies. Observing, documenting, and reporting security concerns. Enforcing venue policies and procedures. Representing Elite Security & Staffing with professionalism and integrity. What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Professional, dependable, and team-oriented. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Strong communicators with excellent judgment. Able to remain calm and confident in fast-paced environments. Authorized to work in the United States. Required Qualifications Active Tennessee Security Guard License. Dallas Law Training certification. Ability to provide required identification and licensing documentation. Schedule Part-time opportunities available. Morning availability strongly preferred. Must be flexible and dependable, as schedules are based on event needs. Minimum requirements- No visible tattoos on face, neck or hands.
