Services include Military OneSource call center support, web presence support, IT/IA support, return to operations (RTO)/disaster continuity of services support, non-medical counseling support, health and wellness coaching support, financial counseling support, strategic outreach support, and field consultants program support. The program is a $456M, 4-year contract encompassing T&M, CR, and Unit Pricing. Leidos Health Solutions, Performance & Readiness is seeking a PFA to support the MOS program. Primary Responsibilities Support the overall tracking, reporting and management of MOS program travel and sub-contractors including submission of travel requests to the government for approval, ER reviews and approvals, pulling together the details related to invoicing and back up. Opening and closing travel and sub-contractor charge numbers. Tracking of missing expenses and month end accruals related to travel and sub-contractors. This position is very detailed and understanding of the JTR/FTR clauses related to travel finances around customer invoicing, sub-contractor travel and reporting, travel. Position must have strong understanding of SLIC’s, accruals, tracking, reporting, invoicing AP and AR. Works independently on moderate to large projects. Additional duties as required by program needs. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Proficient in Excel, Adobe, MS Office Working knowledge of the Project Control field with the ability to complete difficult assignments. Strong analytical ability. Strong organizational skills needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently. Ability to analyze problems for root cause and implement corrective action. Ability to handle high volume of data (over 1500 TARs & revisions as well as over 6000 ERs) in a fast-paced, cyclical and demanding work environment. Must possess proven capability and experience working both tandem and serial tasks, with a self-motivated and can do attitude.
