Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon04:45 AM - 04:45 PMTue04:45 AM - 03:45 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.Monitor access points and observe site activity to help to identify unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.Support daily operations at the location by assisting with security-related checks, directing visitors as needed, and communicating professionally with tenants, staff, and first responders.
