🚀 WE ARE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE 📍 Johannesburg-Sandton, South Africa 🏢 Liée Sarl (Pty) Ltd Liée Sarl (Pty) Ltd is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and commercially driven Business Development Associate to support the growth of our Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll, and HR Advisory services across South Africa and international markets. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who is passionate about business growth, client engagement, relationship building, and identifying new commercial opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound business development activitiesSupport the growth of Liée’s HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Payroll, and EOR servicesBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partnersConduct market research and identify new commercial opportunitiesPrepare and follow up on proposals, presentations, and client meetingsMaintain accurate sales pipeline and lead tracking recordsRepresent Liée professionally during meetings, networking events, and online engagementsAssist with client onboarding coordination and commercial follow-ups EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, recruitment, HR consulting, or client relationship managementExperience in B2B sales, HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, or Employer of Record (EOR) services will be advantageousStrong understanding of lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship managementExisting professional network or client portfolio will be highly advantageous REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-driven, target-oriented, and commercially mindedAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProfessional, proactive, and solution-oriented approachExperience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B engagement is advantageous WHAT WE OFFER Fixed monthly salary plus commission structureOpportunity to grow within an international HR consulting and outsourcing companyExposure to cross-border HR and international business operationsProfessional, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented work environment 📩 Application Process Interested candidates should submit CV / Resume via LinkedIn or our email address: [email protected]
