Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town for a Field Merchandiser at E-XHALE. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays and inventory in retail stores, establishing relationships with store staff, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also encompasses executing marketing strategies, monitoring product placement, and ensuring that displays align with brand standards. Active engagement with customers to promote products and gather feedback is a key component of this position. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and coordinate with store personnel. Experience in Sales and Retail to proactively promote products and manage stock. Knowledge of Marketing techniques for product placement and in-store promotions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple store locations and maintain standards. Ability to work full-time on-site in Cape Town and travel locally as required. Prior experience in a similar field merchandising role is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is advantageous.
