Pay Rate: $21.36 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, offices, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with visitor processing, credential checks, and/or directions as needed.Support site operations by communicating professionally with personnel, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and/or other assigned security-related tasks.
