Job purpose: The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory of shipping containers within a designated geographic region. You will work closely with the operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure that container stocks are accurately tracked, maintained, and efficiently distributed across the network. Your role will be critical in optimizing container availability, minimizing operational downtime, and supporting the timely delivery of goods. Qualifications: Understanding of shipping container types, sizes, and conditions. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and regulations Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all colleagues Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
