Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFederal Masonry Restoration is a family-owned masonry construction and restoration company working throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Our team specializes in brick, block, stone, and historic masonry restoration on commercial buildings, universities, government facilities, and institutional properties. We are currently hiring Construction Laborers to join our growing team. We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and interested in learning a skilled trade. Construction or masonry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who shows initiative, takes direction well, and wants to build a career in the construction industry. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being outdoors, and being part of a crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Applicants who include a brief description of their construction or hands-on work experience in their application will be prioritized. Position Overview As a Construction Laborer, you will support skilled masons and foremen with the preparation of materials, job site setup, and general construction tasks. Laborers play an important role in keeping projects running safely and efficiently while learning valuable masonry skills along the way. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.
