Junior Mortgage Underwriter Location: Town & Country Pay: $25 - 27 an hour Description: This department/ position underwrite and issue clear to close approval for lenders to close their own loans. We are currently in need of an associate with a previous mortgage processing experience. The candidate would need to know income documents and preferably be able to calculate income. In addition, the candidate should have thorough knowledge of mortgage loans documents, including Title, Appraisal and Condo. The "Pend '' associates clears all credit and non-credit related conditions post initial underwrite as well as update or complete a new income and asset tool and issues final loan approval. Understanding of how to run and update an AUS (LP & DU) is also a desired qualification.
