This role combines administrative excellence with Insurance knowledge to ensure clients receive accurate information, timely assistance, and a positive experience. *RESPONSIBILITIES:Answering Phones, Greet customers and visitors warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalismSchedule appointments, manage calendars and support Management and Agents.Verify client information, process forms, and update records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.Support office operations, including mail handling, supply ordering, and document preparation.Follow up on Management and Customer's needs.*QUALIFICATION:Active 215-Health insurance license (Must obtain within 90 days of Employment).High school Diploma1–3 years of Front Desk, Administrative, or Customer Service Experience (Insurance Industry Preferred).Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Must have Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively; English and Creole Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off Work Location: In person
