The Warehouse Team Lead will oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensure the team meets productivity goals, and maintain high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, overseeing packing and shipping processes, and ensuring efficient communication across departments to optimize workflows and meet operational targets.
