Position: Retail Security Of ficer Location: Gr eenock Pay Rate: £14.35 p er hour Hours: Various Shifts Duties ts: Various As a Retail Security Officer you will be resp ponsible for: - Providing a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the client's prem ises and staff - Carrying out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensuring the safety of sta ff and visitors - Lawfully deter potential troub lemakers on site - Observe and report incidents using the correctreporting systems - Carrying out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom y ou are responsible - Ensuring site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at the local l evel are identified - Understanding and implementing any Fire and Safety e vacuation procedures - Assisting, if required by the Client, with staff an d contractor searches - Ensuring that the Security base is always maintained in a cl ean and tidy condition - Conducting yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring a full uniform is worn, and an SIA licen About You ence is clearly displayed It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. A lot of admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech-savvy enough t to use our digital devices.
