Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cape Town for a Customer Service Chat Support Specialist. The role involves communicating with customers via chat to address and resolve inquiries, provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Specialists will also handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborate with team members to enhance support processes. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including excellent written English, active listening, and the ability to respond clearly and professionally.Proven customer service skills, such as problem-solving, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.Technical proficiency with chat platforms, CRM tools, and an ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.Time management and multitasking skills, including handling multiple chat interactions and managing priorities effectively.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.
