Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cape Town for a Customer Service Chat Support Specialist. The role involves communicating with customers via chat to address and resolve inquiries, provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Specialists will also handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborate with team members to enhance support processes.
