Position: Pre-K Teacher Job Type: Full-Time About This Position This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of an Education Depot classroom, including planning long- and short-range activities aligned with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice, and program philosophy. Maintains complete, accurate, and up-to-date records for licensing, the facility, and clients, and ensures timely communication with all stakeholders. Employees are expected to execute and implement Education Depot business processes, systems, and policies/procedures. Responsibilities include supervising Assistant Teachers and Classroom Aides, and assisting in developing, training, and coaching team members to meet customer and business requirements. The successful candidate will lead implementation and execution of Child Assessments and Individual Development Plans, providing feedback and progress reporting to support each child's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
