Key Responsibilities: Monitor residential property to prevent unauthorized access, disturbances, and safety hazards Conduct routine patrols of premises and report any suspicious activity Greet residents and guests in a professional, courteous manner Ensure all entry gates, doors, and security systems are properly functioning Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement as needed Complete daily reports and incident logs clearly and accurately Enforce property rules and community guidelines Qualifications: Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required) High school diploma or GED Prior security or customer service experience preferred Strong observation and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and/or overnight shifts Why Work With Us?
