Warehouse Inventory Process Coordinator

About the RoleIn this role, you’ll support inventory integrity and operational accuracy within a fast‑paced distribution center environment. You’ll execute and coordinate inventory control activities, investigate discrepancies, and partner closely with Operations, Inventory, and leadership teams to ensure the accurate flow of merchandise through the DC in support of our customers. This is a hands on, warehouse based role that requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs while working closely with others. What You'll DoExecute daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts and accuracy‑based inventory audits, to ensure system and physical inventory alignmentInvestigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions to prevent recurrenceCoordinate daily work activities within the inventory team to maintain productivity, accuracy, and service level expectationsDevelop workflow plans and recommendations, gather input from leadership and cross functional partners, and implement approved process changes to support daily execution.Serve as a liaison between Inventory, Operations, and leadership teams by clearly communicating data, findings, and action plansMonitor, research, and support correction of warehouse inventory transactions using inventory management systemsDocument findings, audit results, and corrective actions to support operational and financial reporting needsWho You AreAbility to exercise independent judgment and make decisions based on multiple data pointsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causesEffective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner across teamsStrong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftWillingness to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift); training provided
