Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting and reporting access issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity. Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized access, and follow visitor, delivery, and credential verification procedures for a fast-paced technology-focused location. Support incident reporting and routine operational needs by completing required logs, reports, and observations, and by relaying relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
