Full & Part time Security Officers - $21.00/hr (VALENCIA, CA) HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full and Part Time Security Officers in the Valencia, CA area. This position offers a minimum of 5/6 month contract to support securing an on-going construction site. Sunstates Security provides the opportunity to migrate as a permanent officer if positions are available towards the end of the current contract. Applicants based out of Los Angeles will not be considered for this position. This position is a part-time flex with a pay rate of $21.00/hourly, paid weekly. Schedules : Swing-Wed-Sun 3pm -11pm Grave-Friday-Tues 11pm-7am Knock off- Sun 7am-3pm, Monday-Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Wednesday - Thursday- 11pm-7am Requirements: Current CA Guard CardMust have Power of Arrest and Weapons of Mass Destruction Certificate40-hour Certificate required Interior/Exterior Facility patrol Access ControlClean Motor Vehicle Driving RecordCustomer Service experiencePatrolling & de-escalation skilled requiredDispatching or concierge experience preferredPrior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
