Security Supervisor – Durban (Pinetown Area)

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in the Pinetown area, Durban. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in the security industry.

Minimum Requirements:

Must reside in or near PinetownValid South African driver’s licence (confident and responsible driver)Must have own reliable transportValid PSIRA Grade B CertificateWilling to work shifts, including weekends and public holidaysNo criminal record or pending casesClear disciplinary and employment historyGood communication and leadership skillsPrevious supervisory experience in the security industry is advantageousKey Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage security officers on siteEnsure strict adherence to company policies and security proceduresConduct routine patrols and site inspectionsHandle incidents, emergencies, and disciplinary matters professionallyComplete occurrence books, incident reports, and shift reports accuratelyEnsure all guards are present, properly uniformed, and performing duties correctlyLiaise with clients and management on all security-related mattersMonitor access control and enforce safety proceduresInvestigate and report suspicious activities or breachesAssist with staff scheduling and shift planningEnsure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles and equipmentPersonal Attributes:
