Description We are looking for a vigilant and dependable Security Personnel to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and hotel property. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe environment by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding promptly to security concerns or emergencies. Key Responsibilities Patrol hotel premises regularly, including entrances, exits, hallways, and parking areas. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity. Control access to the property, checking identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors as required. Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies. Escort guests or staff to parking areas or other parts of the premises if needed. Report any security breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences to management immediately. Write clear and detailed incident reports and maintain security logs. Work closely with front office, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest safety. Enforce hotel policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service. Assist in evacuation or emergency drills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
