Job Summary Are you a retail leader ready to move up the career ladder We are on the lookout for an Store Leadership Team to join our team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, lead team growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. From handling complex corporate guidelines to training Store Associates, your role will be fundamental in upholding a vibrant, secure, and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash register deposits, and task compliance. Team Development: Assist in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates to ensure a positive and respectful team environment. Merchandise & Layout: Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to the sales floor. Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and ensure seasonal areas meet company standards. Administrative Management: Assist with essential record-keeping, including payroll, scheduling, and inventory ordering. Compliance & Loss Prevention: Process corporate directives (Pull and Hold/Destroy), protect company assets, and ensure all associates adhere to safety guidelines and company policies. Facility Maintenance: Ensure store-wide cleanliness, including the stockroom, sales floor, and restrooms, to provide a presentable shopping environment. Problem Solving: Use strong decision-making skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges in a professional, approachable manner. Eligibility and Physical Requirements Education: Completion of high school education or equivalent is preferred; the ability to understand and elucidate operational directives and product schematics is essential. Experience: Prior experience in managing store operations in a retail, supermarket, or pharmacy atmosphere is highly recommended. Physical Requirements: Must have the capability to lift items weighing up to 55 lbs from the floor to above shoulder height; routine activities include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are imperative for excelling in our energetic environment.
