Join Allied Universal as an armed, driving officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon09:00 AM - 04:45 PMFri09:00 AM - 04:15 PMSat09:00 AM - 04:15 PMSun09:00 AM - 04:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local law enforcement when appropriate.Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and restricted spaces for policy violations, unusual activity, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, then report findings according to site protocols.Support a visible armed presence at the location while following post orders, handling routine security-related concerns, and assisting with de-escalation during customer and/or employee interactions when needed.
