Job Title: Unarmed Security Patrol Officer (Charlotte) Location: Charlotte, NC Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay Rate: $17.00 GDI Security Services is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Security Officers at a client facility in Charlotte, NC. As a Security Officer, you will maintain a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's facility(s), employees, and visitors. Schedule Availability: 1st Shift Officer Mon-Fri (6am-2pm) 2nd Shift Officer Mon-Fri (2pm-10pm) Saturday Officer (8am-1pm) Sat-Sun Officer (10pm-6am) Responsibilities: Enforce company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Shift Duty/Activity Log Incident Reporting/Investigation Security Operation Post Orders Issue Reporting & Tracking System Severe Weather Post Incident Critique/Investigation Fire Watch Requirements Standardized Training Curriculum Policy Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, contractors, and all vehicles coming onto the site.

Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents and report any suspicious activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees and visitors.

Complete accurate and detailed incident reports. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive company background check and drug test. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Strong attention to detail and observation skills. Previous security experience is a plus but not required. Benefits: Competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour.
